I just upgraded to new computer so fresh install of Windows 10 and the Office 365 programs. Please Microsoft, this is not nice and is costing me a lot of time and money.:( Please make things normal again! So why did you take that away from me? Did I not pay for you product? When I searched in All Folders last week, I would get the results from Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, locally stored items etc., just as it was expected to Option to click on "find more on the server", but that doesn't yield any result at all. However, when I search in Inbox and then want to search in All Folders, I get zero results. When I search in Sent Items, I will get the results I expect. So here is my problem (this time): when I search in Inbox, I will get the results I expect. Thank God now it is not near as bad as back then, but hey.you are Microsoft, not some effing start-up, you got hold some pride in that name, and we, we are paying customers, we're not free-riders It was really horrible then, because search wasn't working at all. And you know, I don't understand: why? If it ain't broken, don't fix it! It worked! So why did you make it un-work?!? You disappointed your paying customers with the index and search function back like what, a year ago?

Microsoft, you can't just force an update on your paying customers if in that update a very important function suddenly is notįunctioning as it is supposed anymore. I really really REALLY NEED to be able to search my e-mails, workwise it is a number 1 life necessity. I know/remember it has been broken beforeīy updates, did this happen again?
